PAYMENT POLICY
✅ Please prepare a valid payment method before your service. Failure to pay after receiving services will result in police notification and legal action. At the same time, we will refuse all service to such client.
REFUNDS
✅ Refund policy:
> Due to the nature of our service, we do not offer refunds on completed service.
> We take price in the quality of our work , and our skilled technicians strive to meet and exceed your expectations. If you have any concerns about your service , please bring them to our attention during your appointment or contact us promptly after your service.
✅ Service satisfaction:
> Your satisfaction is of the utmost important to us. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your service, please let us know, and we will make any effort to address your concern.
✅ Service adjustments:
> If you experience any issues with your nail service, we are happy to make reasonable adjustments within a reasonable timeframe after your initial appointment. The time for you to return for repair is within 3 days from the dates your service is completed. However, if you change your preference for your nail and we have to change the shape and pattern significantly different from the original. We are require to change an additional fee for that service. But do not worry, we will evaluate most objectively and give you the most reasonable price if agreed. CANCELLATION POLICY
✅ Cancellation guidelines:
> We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
> To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at ( 07857 456819), visit us in store or contact us via social media @ (glamournailsbeauty) at least 24 hours before your schedule time.
✅ Expections:
> We understand that emergencies and unexpected events may occur. In such case, please contact us as soon as possible and we can do our best to accommodate your situation.
✅ Late arrive
> Late arrival affect other clients schedule. If you arrive late( without notice to our staff or after 5-10 minute ) your appointment may be cancel or we will do our best to accommodate your service within the remaining time. However, please understand if we are book out we may have re schedule your appointment.

FURTHER TERMS
✅ Infection + fungus
> If you are experiencing lifting, discolouration, flaking of your nails or any others signs of infection, please respect our staff + other clients by canceling your appointment and consulting your healthy care professional. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client with a suspected fungus or nail infection.
✅ Special care for Diabetic clients
> For your safety, please inform us if you have diabetes when booking your appointment. We do not cut cuticles for diabetic clients.
✅ Persional belonging
> We are not responsible for lost or damage items such a phone, purses or jewellery..vv… Please keep your belongings safe at all times.
✅ Respectfull environment
> To ensure a relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Please keep phone on silent or vibrate. Speak at low volum. Use headphones for phone calls or music. We reserve the right to refuse service to clients who are disruptive or disrespectful.
✅ Allergies + injuries
> we use variety of herbs, salt and essential oil in our treatment. Please ensure any allergies , sensitivities or injuries are disclosed to our staff prior to AND on arrival to your appointment so that we can make the necessary modifications to look after you.
✅ Age restrictions
> Gel polish is not available for children under the age of 16 years old. Clients 16+ can opt to have Gel polish applied, with consent from parent or legal guardian acknowledging the risk and excepting responsibility for any damage that may occur to their developing nails.
✅ Children in the salon
> We are love kids. However, in our salon we use products that may sometimes affect the health and safety of children. Therefore, please keep them at home to avoid any risks that could harm your child. Also, please be mindful that this is a space of relaxation and restoration, and that many of our clients come to the GLAMOUR NAILS & BEAUTY as an escape from the hustle and bustle of their daily lives. We ask that you honor other clients experience, and ensure your little ones respect the space and keep noise to a minimum while in the salon.
